Just received confirmation on having a signed copy of the CD pack and a handsome commemorative T shipped my way.
I’m pretty stoked about getting these items; like many electronic / house music lovers, I’m a big fan of Diggers’. Quite the influential figure in dance music without hardly trying, his music is something surreal.
11 years as a club, label, and a production outfit, is a long time to be around, and to remain relevant is even more of a challenge.
This 3 disc set (containing 2 mixed CDs and 1 unmixed) showcases where Digweed and the Bedrock label are at after 11 years, and where things will be heading musically and artistically. As expected there are quite a few ’as yet to be released’ gems included in the mix here (Aquatonic ‘Unreleased Dub’ amongst them!), along with some already storming tracks that have been tearing up dance floors the world over (check out Smith and Selway ‘Daytona’ also on the Bedrock label).

I don’t usually big up many compilations, but honestly, the amount of work that is put into this project is really inspiring, and as you can see from the interactive site, its not your typical promotional project. No kidding, this guy keeps raising the bar on every front, from his impeccable track selections, to his mixing style, to his marketing/promotional skills and materials. He truly is one of the best in the business.
Can’t wait to get my treats in the post!
